Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts
- Shredded Cheese of your choice
- Olives
- Tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Tortilla shells (soft)
- Butter
- Bake chicken breasts after marinating them in mexican spices or sazon
- Cut chicken into thin strips
- Heat up a skillet big enough to fit a tortilla shell
- Put a little butter in the pan until melted
- Lay down a tortilla and put ingredients desired on it
- Top with another tortilla, until bottom is browned
- Flip Carefully, cook until cheese is melted
- Repeat untill all quesidillas are made
- Cut into triangles
- Serve with sour cream and salsa
Use shredded lettuce as a garnish*
