Ingredients:
6 cups of Chicken Broth (heated)
6 Tablespoons unsalted butter (Separate two tablespoons until the end of recipe)
2 cups Arborio Rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Steps:
- Heat 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan
- Add onions, cook until translucent
- Add rice
- Slowly stir in white wine (Continue stirring until full absorbed)
- Add chicken broth, very slowly (Stir constantly until rice is cooked)
- Add cheese and remaining tablespoons of butter
* You can steam up some mushrooms and add them if you like
