1 can re-fried beans (16 ounces)
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
1 large tomato chopped
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 Teaspoon TABASCO
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
Tortilla chips
-- Use chopped tomatoes, and cilantro for garnish
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine re-fried beans, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO in a medium bowl
- Mix well
- Spread in 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish (evenly)
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese and chopped tomatoes on top
- In a skillet cook beef, then add chili powder
- **Make sure beef is fully cooked**
- Remove from heat, and drain meat (to remove excess fat)
- Stir in the rest of the tomato sauce, olives, and spread evenly in baking dish
- Cover with Cheddar Cheese
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with Sour Cream and Garnish as desired
- Serve with tortilla chips
