Shrimp with Rosemary
Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, or double for fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup finely minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 dozen raw jumbo shrimp
- Lemon Zest (1 tablespoon)
Steps:
- Mix together Oil, cayenne, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, and zest in a bowl
- Marinate the shrimp and refrigerate for four to twenty-four hours
- Broil Shrimp for four minutes
- Marinate again, and continue
- Flip shrimp over and broil for another four minutes
- Serve right after cooked, or refrigerate to serve cold
Tip** Marinade the night before for extra flavor.
